AAA Credit Certification
AAA credit rating certification refers to the comprehensive rating of enterprise credit status through voluntary declaration, strict review, pu-blicity, review and other procedures, according to relevant laws, combined with the characteristics of the industry, considering the basic qu-ality of the enterprise, financial ability, competitiveness, performance of the contract, compliance with the rules and the performance of so-cial responsibility and other factors.
Credit rating is a classification of enterprise credit according to the evaluation results of enterprise credit, which reflects the level of enterpri-se credit. The grade of enterprise credit rating is divided into AAA, AA, A, B, C three and five levels. If necessary, the B and C two levels can be extended to BBB, BB, B and CCC, CC, C six levels, namely three and nine levels; Each credit rating can also be fine-tuned with "+" and "-" to indicate slightly higher or slightly lower than this rating.
The Interim Measures for the Management of Credit Rating Industry came into force on December 26, 2019. The Measures clearly specify that the National Development and Reform Commission and the People's Bank of China will take the lead and, together with all ministries and commissions, require all provinces and cities to promote third-party independent and legal credit rating agencies to carry out credit rating in all fields of business, and promote and apply them in the publicity and daily operation of Credit China and improve the national credit system.
